Dr. Cynthia Pena grew up in Catskill,NY. She graduated from Catskill High School in 1976. After this she attended the University of Rochester. Dr. Pena graduated with a bachelor of science in Neuroscience. She then went on to Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Pena graduated in 1985 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Dr. Pena has been in practice in West Coxsackie since 1989. She has two daughters.
